The performance of activities related to DryCleanApp does not require Metalprogetti to know any personal data in the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, it is excluded that Metalprogetti may be configured, with respect to the data held by the customer, data controller, pursuant to Article 28 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
In the event that, exceptionally, Metalprogetti should come to know of such data, it will immediately inform the customer and from now on undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality, refraining from any operation of processing of such data.
